Chicken Breakdown Class January 29th 2026 6-8pm

One of our most popular classes! This class is great for partners, roommates and friends!

Each student will have their own cutting board, knife and locally-raised whole chicken (3-4 LB). The class will be part demo and full hands-on participation.

You will get to cut your chicken into 8 pieces but will learn multiple methods of cutting the chicken into usable parts. We will go over how to use all the parts, how to make bone broth, chicken liver pate and more. I will provide a tasty overnight marinade for you all to go home with and enjoy the next day.

Class location will be City Food Studio 3722 Chicago Ave S. Cost $75/person. This covers the cost of instructors, rent, meat and food/drinks. Skill level is beginner/novice.
