Class location will be City Food Studio in South MPLS.
Cost is $235 per person. This pays for instructors, rent, meat and snacks/drinks. Skill level is intermediate. It will be easier if you have some meat cutting or knife skills but that is not a requirement! Limited to 6 Students. Food/drinks provided. Time is approximately three hours.
Students go home with 12-15LB of locally-raised pork all ready for dinner or the freezer!
