Knife Skills Class for Beginners February 10th 2026 6-7:30pm

Calling all beginners and seasoned home cooks!!

This class is for you! It will feature a variety of skills for daily knife use with a focus on proper knife use, what type of knife can be used for your purpose and talk about how to handle a knife safely. We will go over knife sharpening at home and prepare ourselves a lovely meal in the process!

Each student will have their own cutting board set up with some items to cut. We will provide some knives to use however, each student should bring the knives they use at home as well.

Class location will be City Food Studio, 3722 Chicago Ave S, MPLS, MN. Cost $60/person. This covers the cost of instructors, rent, meat and food/drinks. Skill level is beginner/novice.
